A porcelain tea bowl and saucer in underglaze blue, made in Staffordshire between 1800-1815. Both are transfer-printed in blue with Chinoiserie landscapes and a border of diaper ornament. The maker is unknown but an identical example is in the V&A Museum (item: 0353139).
The cup and saucer are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or restoration. The gilding on the rims has all but gone.
